What shipping carrier do you use, and what are the shipping charges? TOP
We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Shipping charges for some of the more common items are as follows:
Fancy Pants Diaper: $3 for the first diaper, $1.50 for the second, $1 each thereafter up to 12
Medium Flat Rate Box: $10.50 (room to ship 8 diapers, or 1 bag detergent and 4 diapers, etc.)
Large Flat Rate Box: $14.20 (room to ship a dozen diapers, or 1 bag detergent and 8 diapers, etc.)
Full-sized bag of Rockin’ Green Soap: $5 each
On-the-go wet/dry bag: $1.50 each
CJ’s Butter 4 oz Jar: $ 3 for the first one, $1.50 for the second, $1 each thereafter up to 12
If your actual shipping charges are less than what you are charged, we will contact you to to offer you a similarly-priced product to add to your order, or arrange a refund of the overage via paypal, if you prefer. Where do you ship from? How soon do you ship? TOP
All items ship from our home base in Southern California, within 24 hours of your order (except orders placed on Saturdays which ship on Monday).
Do you ship to Canada? How much does it cost? TOP
Yes! We love our Canadian customers and couldn't make it without them. Shipping to Canada is just a tad more expensive than to the US, and Canadian shipments usually arrive within 10-20 business days. To check rates, just place your desired items into the cart and choose Canada on the drop-down shipping menu. Fancy Pants Diapers, LLC is operated by a work-at-home-mom in Southern California, and our diapers and wet/dry bags are made in China.

Yes! We love putting together package deals with fabulous savings of 10-20% off for our customers. Email susan@fancypantsdiapers.com if you’d like to put together a package deal of a dozen or more products from our site. What is the weight range for Fancy Pants Diapers? TOP
Fancy Pants Diapers are adjustable to fit most babies from around 7 lbs through 32 lbs., but it's hard to state that they'll fit specific weights since all babies are shaped so differently. The fleece interior prints fit my newborn when he was born, at 6 lb 12 oz., and the microfiber interior prints fit a friend's two-year-old who is around 30 lbs., with room to grow. Please refer to our diaper care & info page to see photos of the different diaper interiors. The different colors and prints vary in size a little bit, so if you have questions about a specific print, feel free to contact us. What’s your return policy? TOP
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Fancy Pants diapers and wet/dry bags. That means that if you decide that a Fancy Pants product just isn’t right for your baby, you can return the item(s) for store credit or a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not included in the refund amount.
Are Fancy Pants Diapers sold on EBAY? TOP
No. Fancy Pants Diapers are only available on FancyPantsDiapers.com or Amazon.com. There are other companies selling diapers that are made with similar fabrics, but they are NOT Fancy Pants Diapers. Cheap imitations do not come with Fancy Pants Diapers’ standard double inserts, double row snap design and our 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee. Also note that overseas companies will not provide the same level of customer service or the fast shipping that we offer. Customers may also be subject to customs fees when buying internationally. |
